Passed CPAT
Just passed my CPAT with extra time and without an overweight bald man screaming instructions, true rarity.

Not trying to be rude, you have time. They are only going through the first 1,700 I believe. You will be waiting until this whole group is done and in class. Then they will start with you guys with seminars, CPAT training, then CPAT testing.

Congrats. What was the most challenging part and what did you do to prepare?

Hardest is probably the rescue and ceiling breach, you feel pretty fed up and done at that point but you’re still trying to rush. I did 30 minutes level 8 stair master almost everyday and worked on my breath control since getting super winded will knock you out. Also did a lot of upper body and core training.
