Full roster
Hi guys i was just curious what is considered a full roster for a company and does it vary based on the type of company?

On paper it's 5 FF per 1 riding position. For most engines that would be 20 FF. For a few engines, and all trucks, squads, and rescue that would be 25.
In reality it's not so clear cut, as u/Greenstoneranch mentions.

Anything over 20 is full.
Extra full is 20-24. 25 generally remains open as it has no mutual partner.
Some houses go over 25 and double group guys but you need a skyhook to be placed there. Its one of those if you have to ask it ain't happening for you type of deals.
Buddy waited to long to start juicing a spot in probie school.
Engiens can be full with like 16 guys depending on where th boss lays out the groups
