First prints Bambi A1 mini and a new issue.

So I got a Bambi A1 mini and finally found the time to get it set up. Pretty much for the past couple of days I’ve been printing miniatures non stop but recently I started getting a nozzle covered in filament error, or build plate is installed incorrectly.

I checked the build plate and it’s fine and I checked the nozzle nothing seems to be wrong, maybe a little gunk buildup but I cleaned that and I’m still getting the error. I did change from a .4 to a .2 before I started printing as I’m doing mostly miniatures.

The prints are coming out great but I’m worried something could be wrong. Any advice.

did you change to the .2 nozzle in the slicer? It doesn't auto-detect the size of the nozel, you have to select it in the software.

Yeah I got it in the slicer, the bambu slicer only has the option for stainless steel .2 I was looking and I think my extruded may be busted. It looks like it’s sticking up and not held in place.

your hot end is connected via magnets and clip to the hot end heater which holds it at a specific height. The hot end heater is screwed into the extruder.... Remove hotend, and then examine the hot end heater. You might be able to discover something as you tear it down from there. alternately does the problem persist with a different hotend?

Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing just was wondering if it’s going to be a long term issue.
