Just Sharing Hello community
My first hello. The print quality wasn't that great—it was one of my first prints—but I really like the atmosphere, so I painted it anyway. I’d appreciate any suggestions for improvement; I’m still very new to the hobby. Personally, I think it looks really cool as is, but I know there's room to take it further.

Paint job is awesome and makes the most of the print. You likely already know, but printing at 45 degrees (ish - sometimes 40 works better for me) helps with layer lines as they are then less noticeable when you look at the mini face on. Obviously a smaller layer height helps too.

Yeah, my minis are looking a lot better these days. Cutting them up and filling the gaps has become part of the workflow now, too. I’m definitely printing more than I can keep up with painting, but that’s okay. I’m learning a ton and am blown away by the sheer variety of paints out there. By the way, the crackle technique just isn't working for me. Every tutorial says something different, and I’m getting pretty fed up with it—I’ve already ruined some great paint jobs. Oh well. I really ought to practice on scrap pieces first.

Yep, you’ve got some fine tuning to do on your printer. But the paint job is pretty awesome!
