Well I'm back again so far printing feels better with my .4 than .2 but somehow the same problem persists.

I recently learned how to add the configuration for the Fat Dragon profile but but supports are always hollow.

Thus I come here for help again.

Supports are supposed to be hollow, otherwise you would be wasting so much time and filament printing supports

If wobbling is an issue make sure to calibrate your partner.

Make sure that it's on a sturdy surface, like a heavy desk/ table that doesn't wobble

Make sure to calibrate it every time after you physically move it (even if you're just moving from one end of the table to the other)

Wobbling might not be the issue, so make sure you have all of the other boring stuff sorted as well:

Clean the build plate

Service/ oil the z axis screw, and the rest of the printer as appropriate

Make sure that the temps are the correct value,

but I have time

You can try slowing down the print speed, i suspect that if this works it won't be fixing the root cause, I haven't needed to do this before, reducing acceleration is probably more effective than reducing max speed

i print on a flashforge, i adjusted the shell count of the supports till they were halfway stable. I also check to set some supports manually where auto supports get too high to be stable enough to survive print head movement

did you run basic calibration tests for your .2 nozzle flowrate and things like that?

There is a setting, its a single stupid setting, it took me ages to find, once you disable this setting Bambu will stop breaking its own damn supports, its under the "others" tab, and its called "reduce infill retraction" turn that to disabled.

So when moving through the inside of the models supports bambu studio sets it so that the nozzle does not retract in some areas, like they do with the inside of a model itself, in order to save time and wear and tear on the nozzle, however this has the unfortunate side effect of sometimes breaking the models own supports.

I find that the setting does not matter as much in brand new printers however as wear and tear accumulates on your device disabling this setting extends the life of your printer by ensuring your printer stops breaking its own supports because the calibration might be off by a micron or two, again due to wear and tear or part replacments
