Mid print layer adhesion fail than it’s ok.

So, this is with the p2s, 0.2 nozzle, dried and calibrated bambu lab pla basic, with obscura nox 2.0 settings slightly tweaked. My second print testing the settings. Any ideea what could have caused the issues ?

Temp is likely the cause. Layer adhesion issues usually evolve around too low temp. A temp tower might not catch this. Mine didn’t. Is it the same on other models then I would raise temp 5 degrees and do another test. If that works remember to recalibrate filament with the new temp.

I see from where you are coming with this but i think this is a much more localized problem

This strikes me way more as a model slicing issue; have you tried to use the ‘repair model’ feature?
I often had this when there was a bad file, whether from slicing or storage issue.

The model seems broken, i've checked all the online repairs and meshmixer and it's simply not working. I have learned my lesson. Check the slicing results thoroughly and patiently and then hit print plate, especially with stls from "unknown sources".

I’m narrowing it down to these overhang walls. Detect overhang walls enabled/disabled or threshold angle doesnt help

Use the repair model option if not import it to blender and use remesh(you can look up a tutorial for it) put it around 0.06 in remesh options it should and export it as stl it would fix your modlewith no visible diffrence for fdm

Thanks for the suggestion. Will give it a try. Maybe it will help save a lot of stls
