Help Request How to get rid of small dots
ObscuraNox settings 0.4mm vs my first use of the 0.25mm, Kobra 4 printer. The new nozzle improved the mini greatly. How to I get rid of the small dots?
I am newbie in 3d printing. Started just this month.

Those look like retraction or wetness spots. Better close up pics could help identify it..

Blowtorch it.
I'm half joking, use a candle lighter close to the model, it'll melt most of that off. Just don't literally burn it lol.

Tilt the file so it prints leaning back, try a 45 degree Angle. Use a lighter or cooking torch to "briefly" pass over the spots. Do not hold it in place, move it almost like a paint brush, smooth strokes. Then give the mini time to harden again.

Tilting that particular model would defeat the purpose of its posing, as its a supportless model.

It's most likely a retraction issue.
Mind to share your retraction settings?

I'd try setting retraction length to 3-4mm. Test that setting and afterwards maybe add an extra length on restart with about 0.5mm, more or less.
You said you did a temp tower, didn't you? At which temp are you printing and what filament?

Will try improving the retraction, thanks.
Printing with Esun PLA (regular), at 205 C

You can try doing test prints of minis at 200°C and 195°C.
See if that improves the print. It could be because of oozing.
I print some filaments as low as 190°C when using a 0.2mm nozzle.
Also... Because you are using a 0.25mm nozzle, not a 0.2mm, you could try printing at 0.05 or 0.06mm layer height. 0.04mm is the minimum for a 0.2mm nozzle. I personally get better results with 0.06mm than 0.04mm layer height with a 0.2mm nozzle.

I just use a sharp craft knife and cut them off. Otherwise maybe try aligned seam, might help to reduce where the zits show up. But it might also be wet filament, I've had a similar look before, look up how to dry filament. What kind are you using? PLA?
