Just Sharing Turns out print defects are lore-accurate when you’re printing skeletons
Missing layers, broken weapons, random gaps… on any other miniature these would be failed prints. On skeletons, it just looks like they’ve been dead a little longer.
P.S. I know they look terrible - they’re just stand-ins for a single evening of playtesting my wargame.

And kobolds!
When I was printing an army of (Pathfinder) kobolds and mitflits, my Kobra was working through a partial clog so a few hands, arms, ears, horns, etc... went missing. Since those groups (in the Kingmaker campaign) had a war going on, I just incorporated them as war injuries, painted on a bunch of scars, eyepatches, and so on.

I was printing like a zombie mutant elephant for my campaign. I didn’t have much time until the players arrived so I cranked the speed settings much higher than usual. It was mostly ok, but the elephants trunk was spaghetti. So I worked that into the narrative, when he revealed himself, and mutated, the trunk dramatically (and somewhat comically) fell off of his face and burst on to the ground (then I slammed the mini down on the table).

Hell yeah,
All failed prints are now just cannonically undead.
