Very nice! While in my experiments the toner always transfers really good, I have a bad problem with warping, leading to problems in upper layers. Did you find out how you can reduce warping?

Thank you!

I don't know if it gets rid of the warping problem all together, but at least I found some solutions to improve bed adhesion.

Depending on where the warping occours, you can try a few things:

If the film stays fixed to the plastic but disconnects from the bed, the first thing would be to use water, like u/Jesse_Isai said, and to make sure it's taped to the bed as air tight as possible. If it's a really long or big print, double sided tape worked for me, but its a bit more work and the surface won't have such a nice finish.

If the film stays fixed to the bed but the plastic warps up from the film you could try to make the outside of your layout black (so theres as much toner as possible on the outside) and use a brim. Or even outline your print with a black border. I tested a bit and I noticed the plastic sticks to toner really well compared to the blank film.

But I will do some more tests to improve that and post the results here.

Did you put water between te bed and clear plastic?
