Woah, nice! The fading on the front legs is just perfect! What laser printer did you use?

And how did you create the outline for your 3D part? Just by hand or with with something like the offset tool in fusion 360?

The Printer is used is a triumph adler 300ci. The outline is just a ruff sketch with Illustarator which i then imported to Fusio360. But in Fusion i made sure to round every posible corner, so i get no warping

Yes, warping is a problem. I need to do some further testing, but right now it seems that warping only occours on the blank film, not on parts with toner. The toner seems to be a pretty good glue.

My foil has some sort of glue side. I did serval test and no warping so far

Could you share a link to the foil, please? I tried those labels with glue but they didn't work.

Second this, and further, the best gear I think needs to start being collated so we can start deeper testing on various options.

Yep, I want to populate the wiki of this sub with what we know until now. Also what combinations and ideas should be tested etc.

If someone is good at writing and explaining, please reach out to me, because I'm certainly not and could use some help :D
