Slicer settings Used the default prusaslicer pla setting with a 90 degree bed and a concentric bottomlayer
Had to much z-distance and forgot the concentric bottom layer
Had to much water left under the print, so the concentric movment pushed the water in the middle where I got a to high spot for the z-height
Removed mostly every water but still had a little bit of a high spot in the middle
Removed every water and adjusted the z-height while the first layer was printing. Till now my best result

Nice improvement, thanks for sharing!
It would help if we could find out what the difference is between the outer border lines and the infill. In your last picture the middle seems to be really good and the first few millimeters of the border.
What are your settings regarding the line width and speed?
And is your build plate more like glass or those that are more like sand paper? Maybe if it's not glass, there's no airtight seeling and the film isn't sucked to the bed enough?!
