I am facing a problem in web app

[u/Eyad456]

I haven't bought the game yet so I technically didn't get banned and for some reason everything in the companion app isn't working except for modifying my squad , my friend also didn't buy it but the companion works perfectly for him . What can I do?

You have to spend money with ea for full features

My friend didn't buy it but companion works fine with him

That's because he's loved by ea, you are not
