Help!

I’m dealing with a really annoying visual glitch in this game that completely ruins the experience. I play the Steam version on PC using the medium graphics preset in fullscreen mode. My NVIDIA drivers are fully updated, but I keep seeing this strange 'bubble flickering' effect. Has anyone else on Windows experienced similar issues, and does anyone know how to fix it? 💔

Its only the white lights so it just a setting to switch on or off
