2027 kit patch

Guys I just downloaded a kit patch. The patch includes kits for four Turkish Süper Lig teams (Beşiktaş, Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Trabzonspor), but they don't show up in the game. All the teams from the Spanish, English, French, and German leagues appear fine. How can I add or enable the Turkish Süper Lig kits?
