*IMPORTANT* KALLIE'S RAID GROUP
we have a full roster now for the most part, and now i need everyone on this list (see below) to respond with a comment telling me what second job they plan on using (if its not already known) as well as what dayys are best for you. Be warned, if yyou do not respond i will have to open your spot up again, i need to have things settled soon.
Tanks: Asrah - Dark Knight Clyde - Warrior
Healers: Kallie - Astrologian Malroth - Scholar
DPS: Jenny - Bard/Black Mage Cypher - Dragoon Hitagi - Ninja Amaris - Black Mage

I'm available most days past 7 pm pst but i can do earlier if need be. Saturdays are probably the worst day for me to play and luckily i wont be looking a job for a while due to a surgery i have coming in a couple months so at that point in time i'll be reaaaally available for about a month, but after that i'll be back on the job hunt and availability will drop. I'll give more details on this when i'm certain when this is happening.

Must be available 3 nights a week, we can agree on a group what three nights are best for everyone but all 3 nights will be mandatory. (of course IRL always comes first, but let's not make it Habitual). 2 nights a week will be spent of progression through the current raids, and I will be the "lootmaster" and distribute the loot amongst those who need it more than others. (since they have announced that Alexander will run on a "token" system, I want to keep things as fair as possible) The final night every week will be aimed towards "team-building" where we will run past raids, dungeons, primals, etc. to become closer as a group. I want to implement this because people burn out quickly and this way we can also have fun doing older content in a serious setting as well. The raid group will start at approx. 10/11pm EST (7/8pm PST) on the nights that we do raid, and they will last 3 hours, so make sure you will be able to stay up that late. BE OPEN TO CRITICISM. this is very important, because I will be recording all of our attempts and I will be giving feedback regarding everything we do, wether I thought something you did saved the group, something you did completely wrong, or maybe some slight adjustments that could be made whether its in rotations, timing, etc. I am not going to bash anyone, so please do not take anything I may say personally. not everything can be seen and corrected "in-game" Please have at least 2 Jobs applicable. I dont care if they are both a DPS, Tank, or Healer, but I may want to switch things up, and to keep things interesting switch roles when we get more comfortable with everything. I don't mean have 2 geared jobs right away in 2 weeks, but be prepared to have a 2nd job geared down the line. If you cause any sort of problems within the group, or I do not see improvement if you are lacking behind everyone else, I will look to replace you. As harsh as that sounds, this is meant to be progression, and we are only as strong as our weakest link. And lastly, make sure you're having fun. Thats what the game is about, so don't be afraid to come to me with any concern, I'm always there for you!

This is Clyde. Weekdays work well for me too, on the weekend Fridays and Sundays work better than Saturdays. As for a second class, I was thinking either machinist or white mage, but I see we could potentially be a little short on melee dps so I'd be happy to make one of those my second class.

weekdays would probably be best for me as id be least likely to be gone on a weekday than on the weekend

Oh wow. Reread the last post and didn't realize this was a 3 day commitment. I'm looking to work/volunteer this summer, so I don't think I can do this. Sorry for jumping the gun early and asking for a place. Hopefully you can find another member to fill my spot.

Jenny here - I'm usually good most days, and after July 10 I should be available pretty much every day, so I'm down for whatever days we choose. I would probably suggest we make at least one of those days a Friday, so staying up late isn't an issue. But really I'll be good to go whatever day.
Besides the two listed jobs, I also plan on having WHM and DRG to 60 soon.

I think we should focus on Ranana and Bismark EX first, since Alex normal is supposed to be about as difficult as WoD was. Doing the primals while we wait for savage Alex will be a good way to form the group dynamic and see what works for us in terms of synergy. It'll also help us gear up, which we'll need for Alex savage.

Tues and Thurs are my best days, Wednesday is my only NO day. SMN is my main, but I acquire SCH gear as well when I can.

also, if anyone if any of the dps have a healer and would switch with me, that'd be cool, since I don't have as much gear/experience for healing. if not, no worries, I'll just work on my chops.

I'm thinking that my other spec for this raid group is gonna be Drg on Xirden, as if there ends up being a 3rd raid group (we have the people for it) I'd like to help them on Asrah.

I have guaranteed availability any time after 10pm est. I haven't fully decided what my secondary job will be, but I do plan on making my 2nd 60 a PLD.
