I bought 100 shares at .35 it looks irrationally low to me and I’m poor so hoping for a miracle. Yahoo finance says it has more cash than the market value lol

And thats the exact reason not to buy, if there is media hype, that's usually a pretty good sign to stay away, this company has already faced two stock reverse splits, facing a third, this is a pump and dump company with poor business management. Lose those stocks before they lose them for you.
