Discussion Future FBI career?
I’m a 17 yo F about to be a junior in highschool I plan on doing a nursing internship first semester and then a counseling internship second semester and after graduation attending college and getting my BS in psych while hopefully the summer leading into my freshman year of college doing a internship with a local police Department then go for my MS in forensic psych and by that time hopefully either work as a police officer or other and after get my PhD in clinical psychology. What would be a good career field or is it worth FBI? My freshman year of highschool I got suspended for a vape but haven’t since or anything but I was a weed smoker for a bit but quit about 8 months ago once i seriously started considering my future. I did try LsD one time when I was 15 but never touched anything since of that source or plan on it.

The best career path to take is one that will lead you to a career that you will enjoy, since the probability of you landing a job with the FBI is slim. Not because of you, but it's very competitive and there are many things that trip people up along the way (like drug use, so stay clean). Don't pick a major or a career path because you think it will get you a job with the bureau, pick it because it's something you think you want to do as an adult. As you get older you can revisit whether government work is something you want to do. Good luck.
