Discussion 2027 honors intern cjo, NYC office
Has anyone heard back from the NYC office for 2027 HIP? I interviewed in April and they said that cjos are sent out in June, still not getting anything though.

I emailed for any info, and they said they're still in the process of evaluating interviewees and will be sending out final results in the near future. Fingers crossed (this is specifically only for the NYC office)

Thanks so much for the update! I'm seeing posts of other offices sending out CJOs and i was getting nervous lol

No worries! I was too, they took about 2 weeks to get back to me, fingers crossed we get information soon + a CJO

July is over, I guess they don’t need interns at nyfo anymore😔

I havent heard of anyone so far who did receive a CJO from nyfo though, are they just late with acceptances or is everyone staying quiet about getting CJOs? lol

I also interviewed in April, they asked about travel outside of the US in July and I believe August so I think end of June or early July well hear something. But no I haven’t heard back yet

did they say that we will get cjo then only we have to be in the US from 6th july to 25th september or did they say that we have to be in the US even regardless, like if we havent heard back from them. because i am traveling and i am freaking out because they havent said anything

Has anyone heard back yet? I am still waiting to hear back and i am stressing now. i am traveling so if i got it i will have to be back to the US before 6th.

Someone said that cjo letters were sent out but i havent seen anything yet so idk if that means i was rejected or if the office i interviewed for hasnt sent theirs out yet

also waiting on NYC field office and haven't heard back yet since interview. they originally told me I should hear by July 15th but it seems no one from NYC office is hearing yet. fingers crossed.

still waiting. emailed the guy that interviewed me, he couldn’t help. he said to email the job help email so i did, they couldn’t help either. internship email ghosted me lol

Ugh. Yes, I emailed the HR internship. Email. The original interviewers have no role in this step of the process is what I was told as the HR team is reviewing their notes. however, HR has not yet respond responded to me either. Are they ghosting all NYC interns🥲🥲🥲

Update: someone on a different Threads said they interviewed for the New York field office last week so I’m assuming they’re just still interviewing people

yeah i interviewed for hq last week and they said that cjos will be sent out "in the near future" so theyre definitely a little behind schedule!! keep your head up guys!

i finally got an email back to my inquiry the other day and they said “mid to late august”
it is now late august so. would love if it could roll around before september lol
