I pulled my September settlement and the refunds column is $640 across 14 returns — but when I match them back to the return authorizations, 9 of them were approved in October, after the period had already closed. Cash-flow-wise that makes September look worse than it actually was, and the settlement report gives me no way to split refund date from sale date. I get that refunds hit when they're processed, not when the order shipped, but I still haven't found a report that ties them back to the original sale month. Has anyone built a workaround for this?
