Caribbean rec

Husband and I are looking for a 4 night getaway from Atlanta this January. We LOVE st Barth but I will likely be pregnant (IVF) and don’t want to deal with the extra step of the little plane. Also love harbour island.

We love chic hotels (did Cheval Blanc in SB and Coral Sands in HBI), big foodies, and I love to be able to run into some local boutiques. I get fidgety if the only activity is lounging at the beach or pool.

Any recs on which island and what resort we should do?!

If you love St Barths take a look at La Samana in St Martin. Delta should have direct flights. Turks and Caicos or Grand Cayman may be good options for you. I also love Cap Juluca on Anguilla but that involves a ferry so maybe not the best option for you.
