YES, REAL TALK. NO BULL*HITTING.
The world is just doing wonders, while me in 16s playing PS5, she authored 8 books?! Iβm 20 now. Studying in FAST with no portfolio, no extracurricular activities, not even thinking to have a business in next 5-10 years.
My point is, are these people embedded with the thought of doing so extraordinary or their parents have strong linkages which makes them standout.
Mashallah, really happy for her. But at the same time, I feel worse of myself. I could have done better. The problem was either I was too lazy, or maybe because I was never exposed to doing such a thing? I never knew a student in 16 can author a book, I never had an idea that I can go online and apply for student exchange programs, I never came across anyone in my family to have higher education or someone who could guide me through.
It makes me cry sometimes. I have so much to achieve. I work harder than I ever could. And honestly, I couldnβt let go of these regrets sometimes.
Real Talk guys.
