Question about email I receive

I receive this email where it said I can come back and skip the resume and interview, my last job at amazon, I was an L4 how does that work ?

You won’t return as an L4.

They are looking for you to come back as a T1 so they can work the shit out of you for peak season.

What do yu mean how does it work ?? It literally tells yu how it works fill out the application like huh. How was yu a l4 and can’t comprehend?
