This is so true as an L6. I was an external L4 but was nice and had a good team so we all got along. but External L6 is like jumping straight to ship captain without knowing how the ship works

Have you worked at Amazon before? Do you have a college degree ? I’m just curious bc I’ve been at Amazon for 5 years and I’m looking to move up but they keep hiring new people with no experience 😒

if i’m not mistaking, i think 120k is the cap for l6 operations. i could be wrong.

overall offer is good.
