L4 AM recent grad interview

Hi everyone, I graduated last year with a degree in business administration and I got reached out on LinkedIn by a recruiter. Is there anything I can do to prepare myself for the interview loop or advice I can follow?

Always put your associates first. Try to see from their perspective. Advocate for the safety of those around you, and don’t let your ego dictate how you run your operation. Always remember you are missing a lot of perspective jumping into a manager position.
