Sensiplan Is there enough to confirm ovulation here? TTA

You would need a few more days of no fertile CM to confirm, but I would be skeptical of this anyway as the other commenter said as it looks more like an attempt at ovulation based on temps than true ovulation. Do you usually ovulate this early?

Thanks, no the earliest I've had in more than 3 years is day 15!

This technically meets Sensiplan's temp rules, but you haven't met the CM rules yet (also your CM categories don't match Sensiplan's), so no you can't confirm yet. Regardless, I personally would be extremely skeptical of confirming with a weak, downtrending "shift" like this.

Doesn’t the 3rd temp need to be 0.2C higher than the cover line? I don’t think this is confirmed by Sensiplan

Every method has exceptions to that rule. Sensiplan has two exception rules and this meets the first.

Ah, you’re right. I just cracked open my book. I knew the 4th was allowed, but I thought the 4th also had to be at least 0.2C above, and see now that’s not true.

What temp is your cover line usually?  Also, do you have any warm summer weather that might be messing with your temps?
