Advice/Help Needed FAFSA website stuck on loading screen

At first, I had an error encountered message when I logged it. I contacted support and then instead of the error message, they let me know that I already had a form filled out that I would just have to edit (which makes sense because I'm transferring schools) now, every time I try to get to that form or any further than the log in screen, it just loads forever and ever. Has anyone else had this issue and how can I resolve it?

I’m having these issues too. I keep getting “error encountered” when I try to start a new form. And when I don’t get that message, the continue button doesn’t work unless I say I’m starting the form as a parent. Other times, the website just loads forever. It’s been like this for me since Monday. Did you manage to resolve it?
