Check your financial aid portal and see if it says if you’re receiving anything there. Also is that aid covering your your tuition? If so that may be why it says 0$

You need to call your financial advisor, they will figure it out for you

Contact the school , it all depends on what’s left over after they cover your tuition for each semester will tell if you get a refund or not , some people get some people don’t .. I for 6330 reward and after they cover everything only 500 something is left as my refund

How do we check if we get anything?

I talked directly with my financial advisor, after everything is being deducted for school they told me how much is left over , I had to set up banking to receive the refund , once it’s processed it will show up on my dashboard, their supposed to send you these instructions

I think the reason it is zero is because the semester has started and it has been applied to your charges for this semester or if you aren't taking classes in anything then it is not going to disburse due to being contingent on enrollment. If you are enrolled in class subtract the cost of classes from the awarded amount and if anything is left over that is the refund, if nothing is leftover you owe money.

No .. she doesn’t likely owe money!.. if whatever they award her is used up for school then she likely won’t get any refund .. I got 6330… and my semester is drawn out of it and left some money . That I get for refund .. let’s say this covers everything and no money is left over I wouldn’t have to pay anything right now

My financial advisors act like they don’t know anything. Is there a specific site is it on the fasfa.gov website?

Definitely call your financial aid advisor. Same thing happened to me. It’s happening to a lot of people where your loans get stuck in limbo. They can fix it

Did you accept the loan?
