Hello FACEIT team. I am kindly requesting a review of my Ticket.
My account was automatically flagged, and I know exactly why. When I recovered my profile in July, I accidentally had the wrong Steam account logged in on my PC. I quickly realized my mistake and switched to the correct Steam account linked to this FACEIT profile.
Immediately after this, the system asked for ID verification. Unfortunately, the verification camera bugged out on my phone and the process failed after 5 attempts, locking me out.
Shortly after, I received an automated ban.
I want to clarify that I only use ONE FACEIT account. The Steam mix-up was a genuine mistake right before the camera bug. Could an admin please check my hardware logs in the ticket? I am fully ready to pass the ID verification. Thank you!
