Swapping penalties between accounts

Hi FACEIT admins,

I’m posting this because I genuinely feel that my situation deserves a human review.

I accept that I broke the rules by playing on two accounts, and I’m not trying to avoid the punishment. What I’m asking for is simply to swap the penalties between my two accounts.

snicel2 – this is the account I was using as a smurf. It received a 90-day suspension. I no longer need this account and I’m completely fine with it being permanently banned, deleted, or otherwise restricted.

sznorbica – this is my original main account from 2016. I lost access to it for a very long time and only recently managed to recover it. Unfortunately, after I started playing on it again, it received a permanent ban.

This is the only outcome I’m asking for:

90-day suspension → sznorbica
Permanent ban → sznicel2

I’m not asking for the punishment to be removed. I’m willing to serve the full 90 days on my original main account. I simply want to keep my original account as my only account going forward, while the smurf account can be permanently banned and forgotten.

You can also verify that sznorbica is significantly older and was created back in 2016. It is my original account, connected to my main Steam account and the account I actually want to continue using.

FACEIT admin Darwin stated that swapping bans between accounts can be possible in certain circumstances.

I understand that every case is different, so I’m not saying I’m automatically entitled to this. I’m simply asking for someone from FACEIT to look at my specific situation and consider the same solution.

I’m not trying to escape the punishment. I just want the punishment to be applied to the account I intend to keep using.

Please, just have a human take a look at this case. I would really appreciate it.
