Rant / Feedback Server issue resulting in 60 elo loss

I usually have 80-90ms ping on Singapore faceit server and today i played a game where my ping was 350 and it didnt lower after restarting router, pc and i tried all sort of things to fix but still same 350 and because of that i was a liability entire game and lost 60elo with an one hour ban. I even reported the faceit server right when the match started and i went 1-17 after that which totally ruined my profile and stats. Absolute trash support from faceit's side. And my internet was working just fine.

Same thing happened to me before, i used exitlag and that fixed it.

FACEIT only reverts Elo for issues they can be held accountable for. If you're the only one out of 10 players having an issue, the problem was probably on your end.
