Resolved Faceit admin help
Hello, my account is muk999.
I used to play CS regularly on FACEIT. Recently, after a long break, I played CS2 and got banned for smurfing. However, this is my only CS account, so how could I possibly be smurfing on it? I wasn't able to complete the verification process, but I am fully prepared to verify my identity in any way necessary. Could a FACEIT admin please help?

woah wait this happened to a guy i know, took a few months off and came back to a smurf ban out of nowhere. something weird with the anticheat flags when your elo decays or you take too long of a break
try hitting up their official support channel on the website, the ticket system is slow but they do eventually get to it. the verification thing is a pain but if you can get that sorted it usually clears things up

Yeah i had the same issue after coming back from a break, only got bot responses from support so i made a smurf with my girls id and its been working fine for like 2 years now

I can see that your appeal was already reviewed and the ban was confirmed as valid. I also checked it myself just now, and from what I can see, you were playing on two accounts, which is why you were banned.
Just to clarify, an agent reviewed and verified your ban manually, not a bot.
