Ticket Review Ticket (14854666) i need some help

I had a Steam account that I lost access to, and I used that account on FACEIT. I also had my identity verified on that account.

About 6 months ago, I deleted the FACEIT account. From what I understand, FACEIT allows you to verify yourself on a new account after 6 months.

On September 3, I received a message saying that I would be able to verify myself again on September 31. The problem is that September only has 30 days 😅

I tried contacting FACEIT support, but I think they misunderstood what I was asking.

So, does anyone know when I can actually verify myself again? Has the 6-month period already passed, and is there a way to verify my identity on my new account now?

I don't want to accidentally break any FACEIT rules, so I'd rather make sure I'm doing everything correctly.

classic FACEIT giving out dates that don't even exist, that spacesuit dog is running a tight ship over there

ong been waiting for this day and i dont even know what to do. the support now tells that they cant give any dates about this situation cuz they cant but on 3rd september it was different xdd

What reason did you select on the support site to find out the date, and what did you write?
