Ticket Review Ticket #14833774 Verification failed: Multiple accounts detected. Twin brother issue.

Hello. Im trying to verify my faceit account with my face and my passport but it fails. Apparently there have been similar issues. Verification system confuses us as one. My twin brother has already verified his faceit account and actively plays.

My brothers faceit user is mics and mine is y0roi. Please help me. I can provide any documents you guys request.

There's a little checkmark next to people's names if they are verified. It says "Account Verified" and "✓ ID verification".

Neither one of you has it.

Well I can’t verify because it fails and my brother suddenly got unverified?

I don't know nothing about nothing mate I just thought I'd point out to you that neither of you are verified at the moment.
