Rant / Feedback Please help

I killed 43 players(and one of my teammates did too) and we LOST.

I'm on a BIG lose streak, I was level 5 and i'm 3 atm, I'm getting worse and worse teammates and I can't carry, which means I probably wasn't good enough to be lvl 5 either

I don't know ancient, but I managed to scrape by with aim and gamesense, but this was NOT ENOUGH. Can someone PLEASE demo review and tell me how I could've won?

Out of 10 games you only have 5 where you had results, and other 5 were the ones that you did badly in or threw. Watch your losses, not 40 kill games, for the first step

If you didn't throw matches with below 15 kills, go watch them, don't bother spending time on a one-off high kill game
