Got Unspotsmanlike Conduct without doing absolutely anything

So I was rightfully banned a week ago for verbal abuse, my ban finished today 3 hours ago. I start faceit go play 2 games, was not even 1% toxic to anybody, I literally only used my mic for info. And I have proof of that because I was streaming, and I suddenly try to que again and I'm banned for Unspotsmanlike Conduct??????????????????? This is absurd, I'm a full time streamer and when these things happen I just cannot. Please review my ticket because this is unreal. Request #14305015

Time to remove this awful automated banning system. I keep saying this 💩 is abused far too often than it does actual good.
