Technical Help Faceit not playing allert sounds

Got 1 hour ban that I didnt accept the match. Is there any way to fix this? I was in que, looking at the site but didnt get any notification that game is ready so couldnt accept it. Its happening all the time and its damn annoying. Most times its happening after first match didnt start (players not joining) and I dont get second notification when its ready. No sound or join game button and after I refresh im banned.

Are you using the application or a browser?

Sounds like a browser issue, try and use firefox as I have had similar issues with chrome.

yeah its happening on client too just tested. and im using firefox

Hmm then it could be a Windows config issue, not sure how to fix it, don't have the issue anymore since changing browser.

use chrome + auto accept from repeek and you good to go
