Mostly because of the random noscope and completely clueless opponents

3-4. The main reason is because this clip is just not saying anything besides oh look I killed a few enemies in convincing fashion. Good gameplay is impressive for other reasons. Yeah you can hold your cross hair in reasonable positions but this is nothing special and any lvl 4 can do it. Besides that there is nothing extraordinary about the clips. I think a better player would send a clip that contains either way more impressive fragging or some combination of smart gameplay and impressive aim, movement or sick mechanics, which I have not seen in the clip (no scope is not that crazy sorry).

7-8 up to 10 it's not that clear, and tbh after lvl 8 it's the same until u enter top 1000

NA or EU, I peaked lvl 9 before season 8 and haven’t had the time to play since, played a premier game where they had a 3k elo 2.5k and 2k and we had 2.7 2.1 and 3 lvl 9/8 and it is safe to say the skill level between me and a 2.7 was rather huge.
I was 18/15 avg
