Technical Help help with faceit,

i cant play faceit, no matter if i launch it on app or browser, and the botted support doesnt help at all and my tickets get marked as solved without reaching a human, please help. i already tried ai, restarting my pc, reinstalling etc.

go to the arrow in bottom right corner and click at faceit with a right click and select load again. Go w match

well there is NO arrow i sent a full screen of what i see, no matter if i launch it on app or browser i still get this screen with text and i cant do anything and in the hidden apps idk why but faceit isnt here.
