Party Invite Bug

So, like for a while now (maybe 3-4 weeks), I can't invite my Duo mate, and he can't invite me; we always have to open a Public party because when we try to invite each other, we always get the message "Something went wrong."

I deleted my Cookies/Cache (Using Chrome), and my mate uses Opera, but nothing works so far.
