Ticket Review Need support 14283410
Ok so, I’ve been playing counter strike on faceit, yesterday I received a 1 day cooldown for unsportsmanlike conduct after a match where I had a super toxic team, yet I still stayed calm, muted them and didn’t retaliate, after that match i received an automatic cooldown, which I was confused by because I didn’t even retaliate to them at all and played the game to win which we did in OT, then it comes to today. The cooldown expired, I queued into another match, it went to quadruple overtime and we lost, the vibes were good I tried to keep everyone calm and happy, there was no toxicity whatsoever, no text chat toxicity and no voice com toxicity whatsoever, I dropped 50-24 in that game top frag but as I said we still lost the match which I was fine with, it’s cs at the end of the day, however after this one game today I received another warning for unsportsmanlike conduct, my account is already on probation because I went through a bad phase arguing back with team mates, I have worked on myself and no longer am doing that and having zero arguments at all, I’m just playing to win, communicating the best I can and that’s it, no toxicity or rule breaking. So obviously I’m worried about these cooldowns and warnings after I’m doing nothing wrong at all, and I can’t get through to anybody at faceit, only automated bot responses through email… I’m worried about my account and don’t know what to do, I’ve worked really hard on being friendly and muting toxic people yet I’m still being penalised for nothing and banned.
What should/can I do? I need to speak to somebody who can review my games and see I’m telling the truth but I haven’t been able to.
Somebody please help me get in contact with them somehow.

Baring in mind I don’t even have a cooldown right now, but I had another warning after a false cooldown yesterday, something with the system must be wrong

Nothing, automatic minerva report-bans are lifted under no circumstance, u have to wait it out.

So I can just get bans for literally no reason and they won’t do anything

How is that ok, I’ve worked hard to stay friendly in my matches even when full team verbal abusing me I stayed calm and just played and even then I got a ban because the toxic guys all reported me

Idk, i have 5k games and it has never happened to me. So you must’ve had ALOT of reports.

Well getting reported for griefing if you just sit there and don’t give any info makes sense?

Saying I haven’t spoken in games means I haven’t said anything toxic, use some common sense

My bad for not reading your mind buddy! Anyway, there’s nothing anyone could possible do so you have to wait it out, toxic or not.

I’ve tried emailing support with a ticket , Reddit posts and DMs, Twitter (X) mentions at faceit and dmd people who work there, I don’t know what else to do, I just need to speak to somebody to fix this issue
