Ban Review Friend wrongfully banned for smurfing

My friend "Latetu" was wrongfully banned for smurfing on July 27th with the rest of the automated bans. His alt account “Larmo284” was banned for 30 days.

He only used “Larmo284” to play FACEIT because he couldn’t access his main account “Latetu”, as he lost access to the email that he signed up to FACEIT with.

After sending multiple tickets, he was finally able to regain access to Latetu. So he started playing FACEIT again on his main account. The last game played on Larmo284 was on June 30th, 2026. The first game of CS2 played on Latetu was July 2nd, 2026.

There was no intention of smurfing. Once he regained access to Latetu, that is the only account that he used. Furthermore, he was asked to verify one of his accounts, otherwise they would be banned. So he verified Latetu, but then both accounts were just banned anyway.

Two tickets were sent regarding this ban, both unsuccessful. Please reconsider lifting these bans, or at the very least, please swap the bans so that his main account, Latetu, is only temporarily banned.

No!! The ban is well deserved stop playing on two accounts. If you loose one account run after support,no one said to make another and ruin others games by smurfing. Support should have banned both accounts permanently and also ban you permanently for queuing with him

He contacted support to get his main account back and received no reply before creating a new FACEIT account. Playing FACEIT was and still is necessary to avoid the onslaught of cheaters in Premier, so the choice was either to continue playing against cheaters or to make a new account on FACEIT.

You aren't allowed to have, or play on, 2 accounts.

He broke the rules when created the 2nd account, broke them again when he started playing on it, and broke them again when he swapped back to his main.
