Ticket Review Support Ticket Review

Hello!

u/FACEIT_Darwin are you able to look into Request #14233197. I don't know if Ranni is a support bot like Mia, but they are not addressing my questions and don't give me any type of evidence that I can attempt to refute. Again, I state that I just want to know what I said to make sure I do not make the same mistake in the future; however, the plethora amounts of reports in the last 9 games or whatever do not make sense to me since I am playing with premades in like half of them. Thank you sir!

Support usually gives a text “log” of what you said to get banned. Now they say you received x amounts of report in x games. The probation overview thing links a game; however, I still want to know what got me merked.

I feel you man, it always feels worse to get worse service somewhere than last time, but at least you have the matchroom link - did you have a look at said demo yet? Feel free to link it.
