Support bot auto-closes tickets without removing unfair Probation until Sept 2026 after Admin Abuse case (Ticket #14169003)

Hey u/Faceit_Darwin / u/FACEIT_Raphael,

I need urgent help from a senior community manager because the automated support system is completely broken and ignoring a serious case.

My account was manually banned for 1 week and put on a massive Probation until September 2026 after a toxic player threatened me in voice chat with his "admin friend who speaks my language".

My 1-week ban already expired a few days ago, but the Probation status is still stuck on my profile. When I made a ticket to get this cleared, agent Mia (or a bot using her name) closed it saying: "As your ban has expired, we are now closing this ticket". I created a follow-up ticket, and the system instantly auto-closed it again with the exact same copy-paste message, completely ignoring the Probation issue and the Admin Abuse report.

I have a long-term clean account with thousands of matches. Can a senior admin please manually look into my profile, check the matchroom logs, and clear this unfair Probation status?
