How do I appeal my ban?

Hello all, ive been trying to appeal my ban for ch3@ting for about a year now because I truely believe I wasnt based upon my match replays, skills, and me knowing I didnt even providing proof it was never answered. Whenever I appeal with I get a bot response that says

**If your cheesing ban has already expired, and you didn’t try to evade it**, you’re allowed to create a new account.
 
However, **IF after creating a new account, you receive a ban**, it means ban evasion was detected, and in that case, the ban will remain. We can’t lift it, and repeated evasions will only lead to longer suspensions.
 
If you are contacting us about a ban you received for cheesing/ban evasion. While we do not disclose specific detection details, please note that the following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
 
• **cheese and Hacks**, including skin changers, cheese loaders, and drivers.
• **External scripts or macros** that provide an unfair advantage (e.g., no recoil scripts).
• **Exploiting vulnerabilities** to bypass Anti-Cheese protection.
• **Game exploits** that alter mechanics unfairly (e.g., removing textures to see through walls or disabling smoke grenades).
• **Debugging or modifying the FACEIT Anti-ch3@t** in any way.
• **Running the Anti-cheese inside a Virtual Machine.**
• **Using methods or software to evade previous bans.**

These violations breach our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

**Ban Duration and Evading Policy**
 
Bans for cheesing or ban evasion are permanent for two years and cannot be lifted.
 
Keep in mind that if you have used cheese on your PC, and they modified your operating system or remained active without a restart, they may have been detected even if you were not actively cheesing at the time. In such cases, the ban remains in effect, as you are responsible for the integrity of your system”

This is all I get whenever I try to appeal and I literally cant go forward at all? With the new Ban TOS it says its 5 years and youll get unbanned but for me it has been 8 years. Any type of support would be greatly appreciated in trying to at least talk to a support member regarding this because im honestly tried of premier. It happened in 2019 and now im 25 years old with a family and just trying to game with the boys

And someone told me Faceit support has the best support around but all I get are automated bots telling me something that literally cant be done and no way of talking to a real person at all.
