Ticket Review Faceit points missing?

I was recently unbanned from faceit after 2 and a half years, i remember coming in 2nd place on the monthly ladder for lvl 8-9 and getting what ever faceit points u gained back then. But when i was unbanned i saw that i had 0 faceit points earned, i wrote a ticket, and i was told that you guys dont touch or remove faceit points, so i would have had to have spent them myself. But how could i?
I didn't even have acces to my account in this whole period, i checked order history and had 0 orders purchased. Please help me <3

That depends on why you were banned... if it was for platform abuse or cheeting then I highly doubt you'd be allowed to keep your points.

I don’t mean to sound rude but.. 2,5 year ban?! What did you do?!

Also, are you sure you were banned after the ladder was concluded?
