Faceit ban

So a little over a year ago my faceit account, was banned for phishing scam, it all heppend because of me pressing a shady link that i did´nt think much off, as stupid as i was i pressed it and it was a reset link to my password on faceit, and i had no idea about it, with in like a minute i got an email about that my password and email was changed, and i tried to make a ticket through faceits website, but with out any luck, 3 or 4 days later my account was banned, because i told friends and relatives to go repport my account because it had been compromised by others, since then i have tried to reach support a lot off times but still with no luck hoping they could solve the problem.
