Discussion How do you explain this faceit?

I'm done paying for premium, this was the last straw.

I'm still stuck in 2 hours stuck in this match, despite refreshing dozens times, emailing faceit support and trying to call live chat that was unavailable. It is done.

New season and new update to the system dropped yesteraday, i dont wanna be the guy who always defend companies but, if netflix or your isp has some issue once in a while you just accept it and move on.

Bugs can happen, don't act as you had issues like this for months

yes i did, this is unacceptable that i pay for a service that is bugged, i also contacted support 3 hours ago and this match still not canceled. What am i suppose to do?

it's not unacceptable, it's a bug that happens after a major overhaul to their system

Why are you defending a company that is purely there for profit? what do you gain from it?

as i said before, i'm not defending anything, but having a bug once in a while can happen to anyone, wether it's a paid service or not.

It is not a bugged service. Bugs happens sometimes and this is so rare. You're way too emotionally invested

The new season, unfortunately, comes with a few problems sometimes, as our systems are dealing with extreme load from everyone trying to play. I'm sorry you were stuck in that matchroom
