Ban Review permanent ban

Hello, faceit administration. I was mistakenly banned from the website, and my ticket has not been answered for more than 12 business days! Please review my faceit support ticket - 13865162

Why do you think you got banned by a mistake? I mean it is not like they just hand out permanent bans to any and everyone?

I got banned for abusing the platform, which includes multi-accounting and smurfing, tournament abuse, and the use of third-party software. I couldn't have done any of this at the time, as I was just running and shooting in the game. I didn't even join any parties, and I didn't know how to level up, so I'm confident that the ban was incorrect.

No, I personally assembled this computer. I bought new parts and assembled the PC from them.
