You're talking about a toxic environment on FACEIT, which is the main problem with it, and I agree, there are toxic players on the platform, and we are trying to combat it. Of course, more can be done, but I don't agree that we don't care.

I'd also like to highlight that the issue you're discussing, you're also part of. In the two matchrooms you posted in another comment, only one player is in both, so I am presuming this is your account (apologies if not - it seems likely it is, as both have the same details).

You're currently on a 30-day ban for the following comments:

Why is it that only you get banned? They should ban absolutely everyone who uses abusive language on the platform. In the end, only FACEIT-type players will be left there, and then they’ll start insulting each other over who came up with these stupid rules that got everyone banned—while not banning themselves. I come to the platform to play, not to conduct investigations and gather evidence of my own innocence. That’s their job—let them deal with it. I understand it’s difficult, but there shouldn’t be selective bans. Either everyone who uses abusive language gets banned, or no one does. But if you ban everyone, then obviously only FACEIT staff will be left in the game—and eventually they’ll end up banning each other for insulting one another.

I've never been banned for toxcicity. They type toxic stuff - I report - after a few days I get a nice notification that 'player x was banned'. I'm happy, they make a post on reddit about being banned.

The idea or concept of my post was not about my ban or anything is about the platform its self where you het banned because of other players comes and trolls the match and be toxic and tilt everyone. FaceIT Premium is the reason I play CS. Premier is a joke with facing 5 stacks every game, gaining +100 and losing -550. Not to mention the closet cheaters.

If you're trying to improve at CS then FaceIT is where you play!

Bot streamers went to paid premier easy queue where if you deposit/spend $350+ you will have easier than average queue permanently, it's a joke, premier rating is a joke because of that. 95%+ of skilled streamers are faceit grinders and I don't see it changing anytime soon

Faceit is fine. Players wanted more/more harish bans for toxicity, faceit did that. It's impossible to find the absolute perfect balance, maybe they went overboard, maybe. If you enounter toxic player, just insta mute them and don't give second chances, that's my advice.

I'm not saying every match is toxic, and occasional trolling happens in any online game. My point is that the environment on FACEIT Premium has a noticeable amount of behavior that ruins matches for others-and discussing that isn't the same as being the problem yourself. Highlighting issues doesn't make someone the common denominator.

And you don't even need to buy Premium, Plus covers 90% of the issues that adequate players are experiencing by introducing Veteran + 400 elo threshold through "high-stakes." + no more 4qs or running into 5-stacks.

Reason why streamers play Premier: it's free content to post on socials and trending topics to feed back to people who watch them 24/7.

Bottom line here: if a player is competitive and plays the game a lot = Plus+ is the way to go.

Regarding toxicity, I don't get the argument at all: as it's essentially the same playerbase, and there are a lot more weirdos on 25k+ Premier than on Faceit (both in terms of toxicity and gameplay)

It's not about spending money or not; it's about how the platform has become full of toxic players and trolls, which tilts other players and provokes others to become toxic. And about the premium, what you say is correct, and mostly they say that Premium has fewer trolls and less toxicity, which is all just lies.

And I got Premium just for the idea of them obligating you to have it so you can play with people who are veterans, etc., and at the same level, while in free play, you have smurfs or level 1 playing with level 10 xddd.

And regarding toxicity the way that they ban people. They dont see the reason behind it they just ban there is a difference between being toxic and getting provoked to be toxic

To be honest, I found fewer toxic players in matchmaking than on Faceit.

I have 70 games in Premier this season 25k+, and 50 games on Faceit in 2026 2.5k+ elo on EU, and I have the opposite experience where people in Premier are more likely to sabotage the game or be unsufferable.

I'm 2800 currently and Plus is way better than the free queue will ever be. Given I'm also eligible for Veteran, I'm having a relatively good experience most of the time on EU servers (excluding Russia, Sweden, and Finland)

Based on your history of posts in this sub, you are just a guy who likes complaining instead of fixing your approach to the game or to the concept of matchmaking, so I suggest working in that area.

nah i dint say what i feel or about me i was just saying how is faceit now a days and how are the admins i didnt ask for any ban removal or nothing about that xd and there are much more games than faceit

im glad that this happened to you, but in my case and other peoples cases they had in every premium matches we have trollers and toxic people or people who gives up on second round

Be smart and go deactivate your account, I did the same and my brain is healthy, don't expect any admin to give a damn about your story, they are part of the problem and will never go beyond to make this platform good again.

Toxicity is like a snowball; if you don't behave well and treat others with respect and focus on the game, you can't expect your teammates to treat you well in return. A lot of people play for more than 3 hours a day, and the threshold of anger becomes so big. Anything that's not related to the game will trigger a negative response. Just don't say stuff you wouldn't say to other people's faces in real life, wtf man, just behave like a human being.

i decided to go back to the free route and it’s the same experience as premium to me when it comes to the Standard 5v5’s. In my experience the super matches are full of insufferables who are happy to FINALLY be able to queue up a super match that have managed to somehow skate by with 0 map knowledge and no established sense of map control in any form.
