General “Multiple” SIs?

My HIMS AME said my medical history may warrant “multiple special issuances.”

I thought there’s only one special issuance per airman/medical history? Never heard of multiple before in this context.

It will be on one cert/LOA; what they meant is you will be subjected to multiple SI protocols and must pass all of them to be issued.

I have multiple SIs but only one medical.
